Information from our users is being used to improve the overall experience. It ranges from how we design the system and analysing what content is popular to creating algorithms that recommend missions to segments of users that are likely to enjoy them. We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information that you enter.. When registering an account, we ask of basic information like name, e-mail and so on. We also ask you to answer a number of questions regarding your current status. That information is being used to recommend missions that are of the right type and level, thus likely to be enjoyed. On the user’s own initiative, pictures can be uploaded to team pages or used as profile pictures Information from using our service. The system analyses what missions are popular. On an aggregated level that information is analysed so popular missions are highlighted and less popular missions are deleted or re-designed.   • Information som vi får när du använder våra tjänster. Vi samlar in information om vilka uppdrag du väljer att anta och om uppdraget slutförs. På aggregerad nivå analyseras detta så att mindre populära uppdrag tas bort och populära uppdrag förs fram.

How we use the information we collect

The information we collect from our system is used to provide, maintain, protect and improve the system, to develop new missions and protect and support users. We also use this information to offer tailored content like recommended missions, various leaderboards and similar functions to make the service entertaining for the users.

Results are presented in a digital dashboard to the administrator in your organization. No information can be traced to an individual user in the digital dashboard.

When you as a user contacts us we save your messages in order to be able to solve the problem you might face.

The e-mail address you use to register your account is saved to enable us to bring you information on upcoming campaigns and the latest news. You can at any time deregister.

If we decide to use the information we gather in any other way than described in this Privacy policy then we will ask for your consent first.

Information we share

No information is being sold to a third party.

How long do we keep your data

No data can be traced to you 1 month after your organization has ended the contract with ReachingApp. If you as a user would like to de-register your account before that time you can contact Staff in Motion and we will handle your request as soon as possible.

Data Deletion Request Procedure

At ReachingApp, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This section outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your account and associated data from our Get Moving Challenge services, as per our commitment to data safety and in compliance with Google Play’s and IOS App Store policies.

How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted before our standard anonymization period, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to support@reachingapp.com from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
  2. Provide Necessary Details: In your email, include the email address you used when signing up for your account. Please also confirm that you wish to have your account and all related data deleted.
  3. Confirmation and Processing: Once we receive your request, our support team will confirm the receipt of your deletion request and provide a timeline for the deletion process. We aim to process all requests promptly.
