The Step Up Challenge is a turnkey health challenge designed for teams from organizations across the nation. Over five weeks, employees will unite through health-focused activities, fostering teamwork and establishing new, healthy habits.

We supply the support, promotional materials, and administrative assistance — you bring the enthusiasm for exercise and team spirit!
