Four weeks a year, we make health the thing everyone’s talking about. The other 48, we keep quiet. On purpose.
20 minutes – or just answers by email
The two wellbeing challenges
Both follow the same format: you compete in teams and have a goal to reach each day. The difference lies in what counts toward that goal.
Get Moving Challenge
Same meeting, same time. Just outdoors.
Best meeting all week was the one we walked. Half of finance tagged along.
Share one of them with the team if you want to.
- 1 Mindfulness and presence
- 2 Stress management
- 3 Everyday joy This week
- 4 Recharging
Mental Awareness Challenge
Reach your daily 100
A hundred points a day. Not a hundred steps – points, earned from walking, a mini challenge, the training you already do, or a guided session in the app, in whatever mix suits your week. You don’t have to be fit to get there.
A step challenge measures one thing: how much time you have to walk. The training you already do, or a mini challenge about resting instead of moving, doesn’t show up – everything has to be converted into steps first. Here it counts as what it is.
Not sure which?
You’ll get the movement.
What people remember is talking to each other.
”It quickly became a topic of conversation everywhere, from the coffee machine to the lunchroom! I have never seen anything like it – lunch walks and exercise became sacred time for both those in the office and colleagues out in the field.”
Maria Tamker, Wellbeing Coordinator, B. Braun Medical

And then its ends.
Four weeks at full volume is exactly right. Four weeks at full volume, over and over, is something else.
So the rest of the year can’t be a quieter version of this. It has to be a different kind of thing.
Workday Wellbeing
Everyone knows sitting still is a health risk. Fewer think about the interruptions. Break apps solve the first and make the second worse — they ping and cut in, right in the middle of what you were doing.
Workday Wellbeing is short instructor-led breaks, scheduled around your employees’ real meetings, straight in the work calendar. The calendar is the only place we show up.
It’s built for the 48 weeks that aren’t a campaign, and it deliberately asks the least of all. Run it alongside a health challenge, or entirely on its own.
Supported Integrations
Sync your steps automatically from Apple Health, Android Health Connect, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit and Apple Watch – no manual entry.

Four weeks. Everyone in. See what happens.
And for the rest of the year, there’s Workday Wellbeing – which asks nothing of anyone.
