What is a mini-challenge?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Every week, mini-challenges are released in areas such as stress, focus, sleep, and physical activity. By taking on a mini-challenge, you can earn extra points for each check-in. With inspiring and personalized mini-challenges, we create more variety and engage all employees, regardless of their exercise background.<\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Can teams consist of different numbers of participants?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Yes, uneven numbers of participants per team do not matter as all point calculations are based on an average. For example, if there are 8 participants, the team\u2019s total points are divided by 8. If there are 16 participants, the total points are divided by 16, and so on.<\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Can we use our wellness allowance?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Yes, the health challenge is covered by the wellness allowance. ou can also choose to pay with your wellness allowance if you are connected to Epassi.<\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Can I use my fitness tracker or favourite app to count steps?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are connected to the popular wristbands and apps Apple Health, Apple Watch, Fitbit and Google Fit, which are free to use. Use your fitness tracker or one of the apps, and your steps will be automatically transferred to us.<\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
