When you create an account, we ask you for basic personal information, such as your name, email address, and other details, which we store together with your account. We also ask you to answer a number of questions about how you perceive your current status. The system uses this data to recommend the appropriate type and level of the suggested missions available in the system. At the user\u2019s own initiative, pictures may be uploaded to team pages or used as a profile picture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information that we receive when you use our services. We collect information about which missions you choose to accept and whether the mission is completed. This information is analysed at an aggregated level so that less popular missions can be removed and popular missions can be highlighted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-fbf67d9f gb-headline-text\">Security measures for your data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to the protection of your data. We also use this information to offer tailored content like recommended missions, various leaderboards and similar functions to make the service entertaining for the users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Results are presented in a digital dashboard to the administrator in your organization. No information can be traced to an individual user in the digital dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you as a user contacts us we save your messages in order to be able to solve the problem you might face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The e-mail address you use to register your account is saved to enable us to bring you information on upcoming campaigns and the latest news. This section outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your account and associated data from our Get Moving Challenge services, as per our commitment to data safety and in compliance with Google Play&#8217;s and IOS App Store policies.<br><br><strong>How to Request Data Deletion<\/strong><br>If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted before our standard anonymization period, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Email Request:<\/strong> Send an email to support@reachingapp.com from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line &#8220;Data Deletion Request.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provide Necessary Details:<\/strong> In your email, include the email address you used when signing up for your account. Please also confirm that you wish to have your account and all related data deleted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirmation and Processing:<\/strong> Once we receive your request, our support team will confirm the receipt of your deletion request and provide a timeline for the deletion process. We aim to process all requests promptly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-ea89ad2e gb-headline-text\">Health and fitness data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With your permission, Get Moving Challenge reads your daily step count from Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iOS. Step data is sent to ReachingApp&#8217;s servers to track your progress in challenges and update team leaderboards. We never use health data for advertising and we never sell it or share it with third parties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can withdraw this permission at any time in Health Connect or Apple Health, which stops all further reading immediately.
